Caitlin holds a MA from the University of Tennessee and a PhD from the University of Missouri, and her professional interests include pedagogy, writing centers, and writing program administration. Her current research focuses on early career leadership development in writing centers. As the Director of the Naugle Communication Center, Caitlin manages its day-to-day operations, develops and assesses programming, and trains and mentors student and professional staff. She also serves as the public speaking coach for student speakers at Institute-wide events including Convocation and Commencement. Caitlin offers tutoring appointments in the summer and during the academic year teaches courses in LMC.
