Abbie is a trained peer tutor at the Communication Center and a fourth-year Literature, Media, and Communication major also pursuing a certificate in marketing. As a tutor, Abbie regularly meets with Georgia Tech students to assist them with a variety of writing, communication, and digital media projects. She loves helping her peers brainstorm new projects, practice interview questions, and polish written materials for Tech classes, graduate programs, and professional opportunities. With expertise in technical writing and visual design, Abbie also knows the ins and outs of drafting memos, proposals, and blogs as well as crafting infographics and slide decks. She has also gained experience creating marketing and communication collateral for various internships, campus organizations, and the Communication Center over the course of her college career. In her free time, Abbie enjoys curling up with a fantasy novel and a latte or hiking a trail along the Chattahoochee River.
